We charge $30 per order Canada & US wide. Orders over $250 receive free shipping.
We generally send orders made by 2pm(PST) out same day and all other orders next business day.
We ship via USPS and provide you a tracking number. Typically it takes 3 to 5 business days. However, sometime it may take up to 10 days, just because we want to keep the process discreet.
All products are carefully packaged in smell-proof containers. We post in unmarked boxes or envelopes with no indication of contents.
No, we can not make any specific requests to USPS. Your items will arrive just like any mail. Please ensure that the mail person has access to your mailbox.
As per our shipping policy if you do not provide the full and correct address we will not be able to assist you with a lost or returned package. If you live in a building you must provide your unit number.
As Post doesn’t guarantee delivery times, we can’t be certain your items will arrive within the typical estimated arrival times. Please be patient as sometimes there are delays. If you believe your package is missing please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
