What is cryptocurrency?
A cryptocurrency (or “crypto”) is a form of payment that can circulate without the need for a central monetary authority such as a government or bank. Instead, cryptocurrencies are created using cryptographic techniques that enable people to buy, sell or trade them securely through peer-to-peer.

First of all, you need a crypto digital wallet to keep your crypto asset. This sounds very high tech, but actually is much simpler and you don’t need to be tech savvy anymore to own one. Then you should exchange your dollar to own a currency. The most well-known and established crypto currencies are Bitcoin (BTC) and Eutherum (ETH). To do this exchange, almost all digital wallets give you access to some form of exchange. If not, you can directly open an account on a global crypto exchange like CoinBase. The simplest method to immediately exchange and transfer crypto (in exchange for buying a product) is Cash App.

Using Cash App - For First Time Crypto Users!
This will be the easiest and quickest way to buy Bitcoin, as many of you are likely already using Cash App. Download the app, if you don’t have it and connect it to your bank account, to be able to have access to your dollar money. Cash App only offers Bitcoin and is not like a normal exchange. If you want to buy/hold other currencies, Cash App is not the right tool. However, it is the perfect tool for quick dollar to BTC exchange and payment.
From your home screen, it literally only takes six taps to convert your USD into BTC, to buy our mental wellness supplements with Bitcoin (BTC).
First, do your shopping on our online shop and check out. At the last stage, when you have to make the payment, the only option is crypto payment. Choose the Bitcoin as currency. A QR code will be displayed on the last stage, which is our Bitcoin wallet address, where you have to transfer the check-out amount to. Then at this stage, you should go to your Cash App and make the payment.
Open your already setup Cash App (It has to be connected to your bank account initially). To purchase bitcoin using your Cash App:
- Tap the Bitcoin tab on your Cash App home screen
- Tap Buy BTC
- Select an amount tap … to enter a custom amount, look at the given amount on the “Check-out” page and enter that. (Eg. 0.00345 BTC)
- Enter your PIN and select Confirm
- There is a very important step here, which you should NOT make a mistake! As it comes to payment with CashApp, when you click on “Send Bitcoin”, there should be a square on the top right side of the screen. This is the page before you even get to the page that asks for you to enter email/phone number/hashtag ID (Not sure why CashApp have devised a direct wallet address payment on this early page!). When you click on the square, your camera opens up to scan our wallet address QR code. Alternatively, if you have our address, you can paste it here. Look at the bottom of the page that asks you to paste your destination wallet address (while the camera is still on).
- You should NOT enter an email address, phone number or cashapp ID for the recipient. We won’t be able to receive your payment! Instead, you should enter our wallet address or scan the QR Code. Follow the video below to guide you through to this step.
- When you scan the QR code (or copy and paste our wallet address), you can press send on Cash App and the crypto amount will be sent.
- When the payment is sent from your wallet, it is the time to submit your order. Right under the QR code (and our wallet address), it asks you for a HASH ID. This is the idea that allows us to track your payment. Usually when you send your payment on Cash App, you should be given a link that allows you to track the payment on blockchain. When you click on that, it shows you a long list of letters, that is your payment’s HASH ID. Please cope and paste that in the window and check mark “I have completed the coin transfer successfully!” and press “Place Order“.
- If you could not find your HASH ID, it is OK. Just use the same first name that you created your profile with. That allows us to know that’s your payment, eventhough it won’t allow us to track your payment.
- Please note that crypto payments usually take up to 30 min to be completed (depending on the traffic of the blockchain). You won’t receive a confirmation email for your order immediately. You’ll receive it when the payment sits in our wallet! This is how the system works. So, please give it 30 min and if you didn’t receive your confirmation email, then contact our customer service.
Using Coinbase
If you’re looking to start trading cryptocurrency you’ve likely come across Coinbase. One of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in the U.S., Coinbase is a place to buy, sell and hold digital currencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. (but feel free to do your own research).
Coinbase is a trading platform that allows users to buy, sell and store more than 30 different digital currencies.
Coinbase creates a wallet for you and also allows you to have access to crypto exchange. Make sure you take a paper note of your wallet security code. Coinbase asks you for your address proof as well as identity proof. They are pretty straight forward.
Create a Coinbase account
First Step: Create an account by Get Started in Top right of website
Go to https://www.coinbase.com from a browser on your computer, or download and open the 
Coinbase app on Android or iOS to get started.
Note: We don’t recommend accessing Coinbase through a browser on your mobile device.
- Click or tap Get started.
- You’ll be asked for the following information. Important: Enter accurate, up-to-date information to avoid any issues.
- Legal full name (we’ll ask for proof)
- Email address (use one that you have access to)
- Password (memorize your password)
- Your State (we’ll ask for proof)
- Read the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
- Check the box and click Create account (computer) or tap SIGN UP (mobile) if you agree.
- Coinbase will send you a verification email to your registered email address.
2. Verify your email
- Select Verify Email Address in the email you received from Coinbase.com. This email will be from no-reply@coinbase.com.
- Clicking the link in the email will take you back to Coinbase.com.
- You’ll need to sign back in using the email and password you recently entered to complete the email verification process.
- Sign in to Coinbase. You’ll be prompted to add a phone number.
- Select your country.
- Enter the mobile number.
- Click Send Code (computer) or tap Continue (mobile).
- Enter the seven-digit code Coinbase texted to your phone number on file.
- Click Submit or tap Continue.
If you did not receive the code, select Resend-SMS.
4. Add your personal information
- Enter the information shown on your valid government-issued photo ID—you’ll need to submit a photo of this ID later.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Address
- You’ll also need to answer the following questions:
- What do you use Coinbase for?
- What is your source of funds?
- Current Occupation
- Employer
- Last 4 digits of SSN
- Select Continue to finish the process.

- Sign in to your Coinbase account.
- Complete ID verification.

How do I buy cryptocurrency?
Using a web browser
Sign in to Coinbase.
Select Buy / Sell on the upper right-hand side.
Click the Buy field to select the asset you’d like to purchase.
Enter the amount you’d like to buy denominated in crypto or your local currency.
Select your payment method.
Click Preview Buy to confirm your purchase (you can always click the back arrow to make a change).
If the details are correct, click Buy to complete your purchase.
How do I buy cryptocurrency?
Using the Coinbase mobile app
1. Tap 
at the bottom.
2. Select Buy, then select the asset you’d like to purchase.
3. Enter the amount you’d like to buy denominated in crypto or your local currency.
4. Select Preview Buy to review your purchase (you can always tap the back button to make a change).
5. If all the details are correct, tap Buy now to complete your purchase.
If you’d like to make this a recurring purchase, tap One time purchase and select how often you’d like the purchase to repeat.
What is the minimum amount I can buy?
You can purchase or sell as little as 2.00 of cryptocurrency denominated in your local currency ($2 or €2 for example).
